The Advanced Development Programme caters to elite dancers aiming for a career in dance. The training takes place between 8.30am-12pm on Wednesdays with dancers working towards gaining placements in internationally reknown dance institutions in the future.
While there are several day-time development programs available for dancers in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington, it is still common place for elite dancers to be ‘home-schooled’ in Aotearoa to allow them access to the training they need. This is not an option for many working families in Levin, so we wish to provide these rangitahi options so their training/development isn’t limited because of the town they live in.
