Levin The Movement was founded in January 2023 with a big dream for a small town — to create a welcoming, professional dance space right here in Horowhenua, where tamariki can explore movement, grow in confidence, and reach their full potential.
We offer classes six days a week in six different styles, with options for dancers aged 3 – adult. Our team includes four qualified teachers, each with their own area of expertise, and we regularly host guest teachers from further afield.
Our kaupapa is simple:
– Accessibility – making dance accessible to as many young people in Horowhenua as possible
– Excellence – providing high level training and opportunities for our most talented and dedicated dancers
In 2024, we proudly gave over $35,000 in scholarships and fee support — helping more Horowhenua kids experience the joy and opportunity of dance.
